There exists an infinity below our feet no one remembers, no one senses, no ones realizes or cares for our true reality. The endless skies are infinitely filled and bright with the light and heat creating Life in infinite forms infinitely before our very eyes. We are proof and our particular god is simply the Star Sol. Now that we are here and smart enough to question existence we must also realize our infinite company sharing this Earth. The Life is currently engaged in a war of survival. This does not have to be true within a species. We can love our mothers, fathers, sons, and daughters to ensure the survival and comfort to every being. That is our responsibility and that is reality. If we allow history to dictate our present, we are loss. To put blind faith in borders, currencies, trademarks, and religions killing one another, we are no better that common beasts foolishly following the pack of wild groups pissing land and forcing a competition between neighbors for pleasure in judgement of individual worth as ones survival depends on impoverish hands. The billions whom suffer and millions tortured to death each revolution is our evil. This insanity repeats to an archaic calender, our past being relived over and over. Shame on all of you. It is time to stand up and be real, present and making future. We are the natural born citizens of Earth and our children deserve the company and resources of the entire species. Because of technology, things that use to take me a week now take hours. Where I use to handle 5 projects a week, I now handle 25. Each project has grown in complexity and maintenance, getting one done and no longer referenced is growing longer periods, meaning I’m spending more time maintaining projects that never go away. The problem is still compounding, although the company thinks it’s great that we are pushing out so much work and answering any question on any project we have ever conducted, they fail to realize how it is being accomplished - by fragile Human minds. We in the department have been forced to become masters of foreign languages and be expertly artful and creative in use of the vocabulary in flawless syntax to produce these demanded results. And the demands are growing, under an already strained system shortcuts are now replacing to cheat the time and usually errors are the result. These errors were already due to occur in so many millions lines of code, but by applying a factor “rush” on every order of eternal orders can drive one to insanity trying to maintain such perfection under an endless onslaught. Add on top 24 hour work days, ignorant managers, non-existent raises, pointing fingers of blame, a dumbed down staff who’s first source of information or automation of their tasks is us, and constant indecision has long ceased to make this pleasurable. This now only is a cruel torture as I foolishly administer this punishment upon myself for simple greed. My dependence on this evil is over. It has been over twenty revolutions around Sol to see this and my eyes are now wide open to realize it is I whom must humble myself to free my mind, body and soul from this prison and repetitive cycle that does nothing but consume my precious time on this Earth.

I am no one’s bitch and I will learn to dictate my own pace to flow through time and space under my own power in my own Universe like every other creature in nature. I am done abusing myself in this one simply because society deems it normal, it is time and place to be free again before I die. I will find others like me, or make them myself. I believe that the children of Earth deserve better company and if we can’t voluntarily choose to care for each other, then barbarians in competition we will remain. Our planetary cooperation is dependent on us, and I see the people I live with are lost. Simple common sense is denied from our world and this world of peace I know can exist is simply lacking a world of peaceful beings. We for too long have put faith and trust in the greatest roots and tools of evil. It is time we all woke up, took responsibility, and started working for one another in our own pace, under our own power, by our own choice to care for all. Remaining a slave and prisoner to old systems is not the answer and is the most horrible way to live. Become alive. It is time for a new era by our new generation of wiser beings with instant global communication and the good will to see the best reality for all the children of this Earth and all children to come. Surrender your false allegiances and unite with the love of the parents of the Human race to see that the free natural born citizens of Earth are properly cared for by sharing and truth.

No government has the best interest in the people they “govern”, for if you require “governing” you are not an equal, free, or living naturally. A government organizes competition, a bestial fight to the death and the participants engaging in a war upon each other judging their worth. That is not living, that is murder. That is evil, not good. That is hate, not love. That is lunacy, not sanity. That is immaturity, not wise caring for their young. If you need borders, currencies, and trademarks then evil has you rotted. To see world peace means to become a peaceful being and living in a planetary cooperation of mothers and fathers caring for our sons and daughters, the natural born citizens of this Earth. If we need to extort one another to do it, you lack sense and faith in the Human race’s capability to achieve greatness voluntarily. Take responsibility for this moment we have been granted, a Universe of infinite space and time waiting exploration and seeding, billions our legacy to care for, and Life in infinite scales surrounding us in infinite forms most probably on infinite planets. We cannot be careless and waste our limited time on harming one another. Be alive here and now to do something the Human race to this instant has failed to do, unite the species with our instant global communication to bring freedom, peace, and prosperity to all by being truthful to this reality. If you become good willed, then a world of good will will be now. Are you capable of peace?

There are many reasons why I am done, but the first and foremost is that this department has failed to have a real manager. In my years experience I have seen companies fail for less. The stresses on my department is unreal and by not compensating us just sends a negative message, we have no positive incentive to keep us processing like slaves in a sweat shop, which is what we are and your failure of acknowledge.
The manager’s job is to make sure the work is getting done accurately and efficiently, balancing the supplies and demands at an optimum level and that is not what you have. A manager is suppose to guide their staff with leadership and what I see is a sniveling dog desperate for approval and begging for his bone. Your will is his will, whether he is capable of managing it or not, whether he believes in what he doing or not. These nots are our problem.
In the good old days projects were scheduled weeks in advanced, not hours. We use to have the time to make the work right and not feel like a weapon was pointed at our heads. Today is a world of rush and mistakes built upon old standards created during a different era.
A real manager would have realized and refit the entire system, not continually make worse and worse patches. A new version is desperately needed, do you really think your manager is trusted for this task? You have already dumb down your entire staff. The few who do know what to do are leaving because this company has not only lost control, but its mind as well.
I not only want to be where I’m needed, but also where I want to be and doing what I’m best at. You have taken that away from me to make me your bitch and I no longer appreciate it. I will find better company. It’s been vivid. Good luck.
