When it comes to a good candidate it comes down to 2 things, trust and passion. Can I trust you to do the task which you take responsibility and do you love what you are doing? This for 2 reasons, your best can only come from something you would do without need of rewards, and second, your reward is the achievements of your actions which you took responsibility to handle.
