The Universe is a scary and very dangerous place.

In its time during its space home evolves.
If an intelligent species shares harmoniously, survival despite the odds happen.
Its longevity depends on how clever and how far into the future they can predict.
Choosing the road of least resistance which provides the peace and fortitude loved souls naturally are.
Worlds of peace are common, if a world's peace does not exist it is because they are not peaceful towards one another. And with that fates early extinction from the benefit a planetary cooperation brings.
