If the galaxy has only rotated 26 times and the earth has rotated around sol billions, it must be doing so incredibly fast. The fact we can't see this motion means we live, completely, over a few freeze frames like on a old movie reel. Nothing moves because its meant to viewed from a higher speed. From that higher speeds perspective we are ghost. Barely visible if that as our entire lives barely existed at all.
