If fifty percent of those whom marry divorce it sends clear messages about the sanctity of the institution.  We care not for it.  We care not for the children caught in its turmoil.  We care not for each other.   We are no longer beings interested in monogamy or a single mate for our existence.  We must recognize the evolving animals we are and adapt so the children are not left behind.  In our new dynamic the children would be best served if we saw it as all our responsibilities to raise the young.
