Why are we where We Are? Most by happenstance of birth and remaining locally. But Humanity is all over the place. The question is in organizing an efficient species what populations should we really be maintaining and where? Does it make sense to build megacities capable of holding tens of Millions. Do we make farming communities the size of countries to feed the planet? Although we enjoy our climates we humans are master of controlling our environments. We can engineer practically anything. But does the where really matter? If our civilization is built correctly everything you need should be within reach. Every environment we create should stimulate. Every care we provide from our best combined efforts. We are the human race the natural-born citizens of this planet Earth. As we exist together it matters not where or when you were born. You are a human being in our care the care of billions. We are a species and providing for our best survival is what we do best.
