At an earlier stage of my species development, when they were fashioning weapons from bones, these mindless creatures set war upon their own children. The hate of life they shared is what created the competition which ensured their inequality. Trapped in their sciences too impressed with themselves they forgot they too are part of the food chain of this planet and ignored their most basic responsibility, maintaining balance with the ecological. In doing so, peace with the earth and themselves has never been. Imaginary lines still divide while an entire population doesn't even acknowledge the war against all lived on through allegiances of the past. While they do their best to destroy our species, we are still here...for now. I can only imagine our achievements if we actually cared enough to see a planetary cooperation real accomplished via good will and volunteered best. The free natural born citizens of earth simply wait for a smart generation capable of truly surviving the species. Mine is not it, they take too much pleasure from fanning the fires which torture souls. Immature and star blinded, they forget the infinite day we all share which is only cheapened by a clock. Doomed to repeat the past, my world follows calenders blindly and fail to exist in the present for themselves. The species is lucky to had made it pass these guys. I don't think we will be as old as the dinosaurs before the human race's demise. We don't need a natural disaster, we are already it. We are just too young and stupid, and stupid doesn't last.
