The greatest shame in suicide is not the act, but the fact that is must be done alone without the support of love ones.  We all had no choice on when we came into this universe but we all have some control of when we can leave it.  We all will die, it is against nature to prevent one from leaving when they know it is their time.  To force one's hand to suffer life when they no longer desire it is the crime. To force one's hand to die alone when it was not necessary is the crime.  To force one's hand to massacre themselves in inhumane fashions is the crime. We owe ourselves a peaceful and celebrated end.
