I imagine the earth natural.  Prestine, mostly untouched and untamed.  On this raw earth large colonies with fantastic structures surrounded by many smaller but still grand colonies representative of the other colonies world wide.  This connection of knowledge allows the combining of branches to become a greater sum of its parts.  And the grand city which is home to bulk of our species.  Each connected by every method of transportation possible but with a small an imprint as possible.   We have abused our stay and it's time the humane share the planet with the other species whom keep the eco system going. I imagine humanity doing what they do best and us celebrating the ingenuity I see us caring freely to support this species collectively so best is what we all have regardless if we did anything for it or not.  Even in our bordom we could support the species.  Our enguity is that good.  We are incredible and wish to see us shine.  This earth atmosphere is sheer and I'm fortunate to be here time under her canaopy for space is not friendly to human life.   We need protection and our colonies should not only protect us from the infinite other species but also the natural and unnatural events we could imagine.  It is time we stopped fighting each other and starting saving our lives.
