How do I envision a cooperative society functioning? I guess it would be like at a Brazilian restaurant. You leave a little green flag meaning you're hungry and offers come by tempting your palette. When you're full you turn the card over and the offers stop. Or you send out a request. We are billions. We have someone for practically everything doesn't matter where doesn't matter when out in the world someone could help you with your request. An organized species would be able to submit a request out to the collective and receive a response. Same with the collective if there is a need a call is made and anyone capable of contributing is free to do so until a stop is called to the number of contributors.  See the thing about living with peaceful people is that we are not competitors we are not enemies we're not fighting against each other. We're here to help one another and using our minds that have been evolving for countless generations to creatively figure out the best ways to achieve it. We are kind people. It is why we are cooperative. It is why we care. It is why we are willing voluntarily to help to ensure everyone's best survival. We are the human race and we are stronger together. Our miracles achieved efficiently and effectively is our natural order of good kind people are you not yet worthy of the company and care of the natural born citizens of Earth? Are you not yet ready to be free and equal? Are you not yet ready to experience the best that Humanity has to offer?
