When I mentioned Darwin and his reference to species that will succeed and survive and that kindness would see it done effectively and efficiently don't be confused. I'm not saying we must be excessively effective and efficient what I'm saying is by being kind and being you and moving in your own natural pace willingly caring exercising your skills contributing to our society however you can will ensure everyone's best survival. What little you contribute combined with the billions of other contributions are the miracles which keep us all alive.  And surprisingly when we achieve willingly it is accomplished way more efficiently and effectively. Kindness seeing our will done.
