If World Peace's only requirement is peaceful people and World Peace does not currently exist it simply means there are no peaceful people on Earth to make it reality. You have no concept of what it means actually to be peaceful. You have never been a peaceful person. You do not know the company of free and equal mothers fathers daughters and sons citizens of planet Earth. What you know is competition what you know is genocide what you know is evil. That is who you are because otherwise World Peace would already be.
