I would say take away their weapons,  but damn I love shooting.  Targets, nothing live.  The problem ain't the guns, its the people. All people,  sick in the head.  You should see what people do with ordinary kitchen knives.  Guns are joke in comparison,  but you can't ban knives can ya?  If you can't trust a well armed neighbor then you don't trust.  If you can't trust that because society has engineered this environment but you can always choose a new one.  The fact that this is our environment and we choose for it to remain for following generations to repeat just proves we are sadist and insane.
