All Empires come to an end. I hope I am not here the day mine does. To have a civilization that will last millennia it requires some forethought. The first thing is the core belief would be in its citizens. For a civilization to function each and every soul must be free and equal free to do as they choose. If they wish to sit and do nothing that's fine. If they wish to learn something they will be helped. That is our purpose. We each are human beings and our purpose is to care for our species to prevent Extinction. We care for all.  We do this through kindness and helping one another. A people caring for one another will last an eternity through good will and world peace would be the result from a common natural state of mind of peaceful beings.  Since we are e not them the clash at the end of this empire might be epic or a fizzle rather not be here for either.
